Description
The CyberPower UT650EIG mains power fail solution ensures continuous operation of your internet and VoIP phone equipment in the event of a power cut.
During normal operation, the UT650EIG also smooths any voltage fluctuations to minimise the risk of damage to equipment.
Typically you would connect your WiFi router and your phone equipment to the Cyberpower UT650EIG.
If you have a fibre to the premises (FTTP) internet connection you should also connect the UT650EIG to your provider’s fibre termination box.
The total average power consumption of a fibre termination box, a WiFi router and a cordless phone is typically about 15 watts.
If this is all that is connected during a power cut the CyberPower UT650EIG should be capable of providing over 2 hours of power.
If more devices are connected then the power fail runtime is going to be shorter.
We also include free of charge a mains strip worth £15 which enables 4 devices to be connected to the CyberPower UT650EIG.
Remember to select this when placing your order.
Please note that a standard mains strip will not connect to the UT650EIG.
The dimensions of the CyberPower UT650EIG are 84 x 174 x 280 mm (3.31 x 6.85 x 11.02 inches) and it weighs 3.8kg (8.38 lbs).
