Customer support is absolutely excellent. This is a blessing, because so is the price. A very affordable replacement for a landline.

Superb support with anything to help set up and resolve any issues..., none of which were to do with what Premitel provide. So we are very grateful for the help.

Took a little time to setup but all working now. Only issue relates to answering machine. The service sends to your mobile but would prefer to be left on answer machine. This may not work so need to explore if we add other users to receive the messages on their mobile. ie husband and wife

Great service from Stephen - fast responses and knows his stuff. Transfer to Premitel from BT was really quick and easy, with Stephen setting up the line remotely on our existing kit. Everything has been working great since.
We don't really use the landline much anymore but kept it for those 'just in case' calls, so pricing is excellent for very light use. Missed call and voicemail notifications arrive promptly.
The app also worked well enough when tested - if we were still making more use of the number I think the app would be very handy.
Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fabulous! We've had Premitel for about 6 months now. It was really easy to transfer my landline. Excellent value for providing outgoing and incoming calls. It works with my BT call manager phone too.
